- NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD)
- NYC Department of Buildings (DOB)
- NYC Department of City Planning (DCP)
- NYC Department of Finance
The Operator does not create, modify, verify, or endorse any of the underlying data. All data originates from and is maintained by the respective NYC government agencies.
3. No Warranty — "As Is" Basis
THE WEBSITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE OPERATOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

If you believe any information about your property is inaccurate or displayed erroneously, you must contact the relevant NYC government agency directly to request corrections at the source. The Operator cannot and does not modify source data.

- Submission of false or misleading User Content
- Abusive behavior toward other users or the Operator
- Suspected fraudulent activity
Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. Previously approved User Content may remain on the Website.
15. Modifications to Service and Terms
The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website at any time without notice. The Operator also reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
